Bernie Griffith of Bertina Studio came to The Quilters Studio and Friday was devoted to learning to use the serger to its fullest extent, and today was sewing and embroidering on the wonderful new Elna machines. Tomorrow will be the Artistic software class.
We held the embroidery class out in the main part of the store, and generated lots of interest. The Elnas are very quiet, and stitched beautifully.
Bernie not only does education, but digitizes fabulous embroidery patterns....the bugs and cats are cute, but the blackwork is to die for if you are an historical costumer like I am.
I have to say, I am loving this job!
